Bohemien Supper Club - 31 July

We’re thrilled to be launching our very first supper club at Môr, and to kick things off in style we’re welcoming the incredibly talented Bohémien Cuisine Française for an unforgettable evening of food and wine.

This intimate event features a stunning 7-course French tasting menu, crafted with seasonal ingredients and a modern twist — all served in the cosy surroundings of Môr by Barry Island Spirits Co.

Chilled Tomato Consommé – Cucumber, Tomato & Thai Basil

Welsh Rarebit Tartine – Sourdough & Leek Confiture

Confit Pork Croustillant – Sauce Gribiche

Confit Pembrokeshire Earlies – Fines Herbes Beurre Blanc & Caviar

Citrus Cured Trout – Marinated Fennel, Radish & Citrus

French Onion Risotto – Caramelised Roscoff Onions, Truffle & Aged Comté

Dark Chocolate Mousse – Caramelised White Chocolate & Coffee Caramel

Wine Pairing Available on the Night
We’ll be pouring a hand-picked selection of wines to match each course.
Choose from individual glasses or treat yourself to the full paired wine flight, curated to complement every dish perfectly.

Drinks are not included in the ticket price but will be available to purchase throughout the evening.
