Oh My Christ-mas! It's the final episode of Gavin & Stacey on Christmas Day and we're absolutely buzzing! To celebrate this iconic moment, we've launched our Limited Edition G&S bottles. These beauties feature a hand-drawn outline of our favourite characters, making them the perfect addition to your festive tipples.

To truly immerse yourself in the world of Gavin and Stacey, we've crafted four delicious cocktails, each inspired by a beloved character from the show. While there's no pint of wine on offer, these cocktails are guaranteed to get you in the Christmas spirit and ready to celebrate the final episode.

So, grab your favourite festive tipple, tune into Gavin & Stacey, and raise a glass to one of the greatest TV shows of all time!

 

Gavin and Stacey inspired cocktail Stacey's 75 made with Barry Island Pink Gin

Stacey's 75

Colourful and bubbly just like our Stace. Put some ice in to a cocktail shaker then add:

  • 25ml Rose Port
  • 25ml Barry Island Pink Gin
  • 12.5ml Lemon
  • 12.5ml Sugar

Shake hard for 5 seconds. Pour into Coup. Top with Prosecco and garnish with fresh raspberries or a slice of orange.

 

Mick's Martini

Gavin and Stacey inspired cocktail Micks Martini made with Barry Island Organic Vodka

Inspired by Mick's love of Nigella, we've added limoncello to our martini to give a fresh and fruity twist to this classic (the Martini, not Mick!)

Add ice to a shaker or mixing jug and add in:

  • 25ml Barry Island Vodka
  • 25ml Rosso Vermouth
  • 25ml Limoncello

Stir to cool the liquid then strain in to a martini glass or Nick & Nora glass.  Garnish with an olive or two. 

Nessa's Negroni

Gavin and Stacey Christmas Cocktails Nessas Negroni made with Barry Island Spiced Rum

Just like Nessa this cocktail is strong with an underlying sweetness. 

We've switched out dry gin for Barry Island Spiced Rum to add extra depth and complexity to this Negroni - We're not gonna lie, it's crackin'.

In a tumbler add:

Stir for 5 seconds, add ice, garnish with an orange peel twist.

Bryn's Bramble

Gavin and Stacey inspired cocktail Bryn's Bramble made with Barry Island Welsh Dry Gin

Fun, fruity and a little bit cheeky, we think Uncle Bryn would love this Bramble cocktail. the recipe is simple but the end result looks impressive and tastes fantastic

Add ice to a shaker and add:

Shake hard until the outside of the shaker is cold and appears frosted. Strain into a tumbler, add ice and float 10ml crème de mure over the top. Garnish with a lemon slice.
