Cancellation Policy for Events
If you wish to cancel a ticket that you have purchased for a tasting or other event, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you cancel your ticket at least 7 days before the date of the event a full refund will be arranged. If you cancel your ticket later than 7 days before the date of the event we will seek to find another buyer for your ticket.

If we are able to re-sell your ticket, a full refund will be arranged. If we are not able to re-sell your ticket, you will not be entitled to a refund (but you can still attend the event if you change your mind).  

If you need to reschedule your attendance of an event, you may request to do so but is at our discretion. The booking must take place within the given timeframe. You may only do this once and is subject to availability.

We are unable to refund any places that don't turn up for the event on the night.

Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings

Full amount is payable up front to secure the booking.

In the event that a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following charges will be applied: 3 weeks or less 50%; 2 weeks or less 100%. 

We need to know the number in your party at the point of booking. If the number in your party changes please let us know this as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours prior to the booking. 

If we are ordering in or providing products or services based on the number of heads in your party we are unable to refund any fees should any of your party not turn up on the night or if we're not informed of the change in numbers within 72 hours prior to the booking. We are unable to refund any places that don't turn up for the event on the night.

Terms and Conditions for Private Hire

1. Payment terms:

a. A deposit of 50% is required at the point of booking to confirm your booking, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

b. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the date of the booking to guarantee your space.

2. All deposits, pre-payments, products, packages and pre ordered items are to be used on the booking date. Anything not utilised on the booking date shall be retained by the venue unless there is prior written agreement to the contrary.

3. In the event that a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following charges will be applied: 4 weeks or less 50%; 2 weeks or less 100%.

4. All pre-ordered items and minimum spends must be paid for in advance of your booking.  Any tabs must be cleared at the end of the booking.

5. Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Host Venue (including, but not limited to, music equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings and any other property of the Host Venue) caused during the event times on the event date at the fault of the client is the client’s responsibility and will be charged to you at full replacement cost.
