Bohemien Supper Club - 11 December

We’re thrilled to be welcoming the incredibly talented Bohémien Cuisine Française back to Môr for an unforgettable evening of festive food and wonderful wine.

This intimate event features a stunning 6-course French tasting menu, crafted with seasonal ingredients and a modern twist — all served in the cosy surroundings of Môr by Barry Island Spirits Co.

The Menu

• Terrine of pork & boudin noir with apple, endive & Pommery mustard vinaigrette
• Parisienne gnocchi with black truffle & aged Comté
• Pan fried scallops with vadouvan, cauliflower, caper & raisin
• Roasted venison loin with lentil ragoût, smoked bacon & preserved blackberries
• Clementine sorbet with dark chocolate mousse & Cointreau
• Galette des rois with puff pastry cake, almond frangipane & mulled wine

Wine Pairing Available
We’ll be pouring a hand-picked selection of wines to match each course. If you'd like to add the full paired wine flight to your ticket, simply add it to your order. 

If you don't chose to pre-order your wine flight you can still buy one on the night, or alternatively you can order any drinks from our menu on the night.

Tickets:
£70 per person (Food only)

£90 per person for food and wine pairing

Please note: Only digital tickets will be issued in the form of your purchase confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued for the event.
