This Swiss wine has everything you'd expect from an Alpine wine. Made from grapes mostly grown along the banks of Lake Geneva it's fresh and crisp with refreshing acidity. Pale lemon in appearance, expect notes of citrus, stone fruit and crisp apples with some flowery aromatics and minerality on the finish.

Pair this Swiss white wine with fondue, fish and white meat.

Cave de la Cote is a coop of hundreds of very tiny family growers without the infrastructure to make their own wine. This, their mainline Chasselas offering, is a blend of Chasselas from across western Switzerland, mostly along the banks of Lake Geneva.
