Crémant de Bordeaux Precious Day NV

Precious Day Crémant de Bordeaux is a delightful sparkling wine hailing from the renowned Bordeaux region in France. This NV (non-vintage) bottling is a blend of 60% Sémillon and 40% Merlot, resulting in a unique and captivating flavour profile. 

This expressive sparkling wine has notes of white flowers and citrus. Dry, light, and fresh on the palate it's dominated by green apple and pear flavours. Beautiful pale yellow in colour, lively and crisp. Like Champagne, Crémant is made using the traditional method, meaning the bubbles are fine and persistent and there are hints of patisserie and brioche which add complexity.

This elegant, great value sparkling French wine is an excellent option for parties.  It's a step up from Prosecco and doesn't carry the Champagne price tag.
