Made from 100% Albariño grapes grown in the prestigious Salnés Valley, this wine is produced using traditional winemaking procedures to ensure its characteristic intensity, freshness, and mouth-watering finish.  

The wine's bright, crisp acidity makes it the perfect pairing for fresh seafood, particularly grilled fish, crab, and garlic prawns, as well as light summer salads.

Pazo Torrado is produced by Adegas Terra de Asorei, an association of top growers committed to quality in the Rías Baixas region. The name 'Pazo' refers to the traditional Galician manor house, honouring the deep, proud history of Albariño in Cambados, which is often called the 'Capital of Albariño.'
